SPOTTED CHIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • delays with USPS shipping
  • international duties or customs charges
  • lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. to file a claim with the carrier, please visit the USPS website to file a claim for lost, damaged, marked delivered or missing packages

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Weather delays are out of our control and could affect shipping and transit times. Please be aware there may be slight delays from shipping carriers around the holidays. We will do our best to keep our amazing customers informed!


WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN?

We are sorry to hear that. Sometimes orders will turn up for customers in three days. If your address was entered correctly, we suggest checking other locations around your house or with ask your neighbors. If you are still missing your package, we suggest allowing three days for your order to show up. Sometimes, carriers can mistakenly scan packages that are still in transit. Should your order not arrive in 3 days, please notify us and Visit USPS to file a claim.

Once the claim has been filed & investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items if available or issue a store credit. However, if the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to input the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to. the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
